B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3SA3) reported on Thursday, August 13, 2026, that Ana Buchaim, vice president of People, Communication, Marketing, and Private Social Investment, will step down from her roles at the company as of August 17.

According to the statement, the responsibilities of the areas previously under the management of Ana Buchaim will be assumed by B3’s management until the succession process is concluded.
