At the Board of Directors meeting held on August 13, 2026, Locaweb (LWSA3) approved the distribution of dividends in the amount of R$ 23,400,000, corresponding to R$ 0.04254682 per common share, already excluding treasury shares.
Shareholders holding the company’s common shares on August 18, 2026 will be entitled to the dividends, and the shares will trade “ex-dividends” as of August 19, 2026.
Payment of Locaweb’s dividends will be made on August 31, 2026, through the bookkeeper bank BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, according to the checking account and banking domicile information provided by shareholders.
Shareholders with outdated registrations, without CPF/CNPJ or complete banking details, will have their dividends credited as from the third business day after updating their information with the bookkeeper bank.
