In the release of its results for the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), Locaweb (LWSA3) reported consolidated net revenue of R$ 375.2 million on a comparable basis that excludes Squid and Nextios, representing an 8.2% increase versus 2Q25. The Commerce division reached net revenue of R$ 276.0 million, up 12.4% on the same comparison basis, while subscription revenue in Commerce totaled R$ 148.6 million, an increase of 14.0%.
Locaweb’s consolidated adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) in 2Q26 was R$ 102.5 million, up 35.1% compared to 2Q25, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 27.3%, 5.4 percentage points higher than the previous year. In the Commerce segment, adjusted EBITDA was R$ 76.3 million, with a margin of 27.7%, and in the BeOnline unit the indicator reached R$ 26.2 million, with a margin of 26.4%.
In the last 12 months ended in 2Q26, adjusted EBITDA totaled R$ 377.0 million, with a margin of 25.0%. Cash generation measured by 12-month free cash flow (FCF) reached R$ 271.4 million, with an FCF margin of 18.3%. In the first half of 2026 (1H26), FCF was R$ 137.2 million, with a margin of 18.6%.
The company also reported that, in the last 12 months, it returned R$ 199.3 million to shareholders through dividends, capital reduction and share buybacks. Adjusted net income in 2Q26 was R$ 65.7 million, up 48.7% versus 2Q25, while in the six months ended 2026 (6M26) adjusted net income totaled R$ 119.7 million, an increase of 51.5% compared to the same period in 2025.
On the operating front, ecosystem GMV reached R$ 20.3 billion in 2Q26, a 15.2% increase compared to 2Q25, and TPV totaled R$ 2.3 billion, up 13.0%. The platform subscriber base reached 215.5 thousand clients, an increase of 8.8% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
