Even Construtora e Incorporadora (EVEN3) reported net income of R$ 30.686 million in the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26), on net revenue of R$ 201.054 million for the period. Considering the half-year ended June 30, 2026, the company posted net revenue of R$ 531.247 million and comprehensive net income of R$ 77.350 million, representing a return on equity (ROE) for the last 12 months of 11.1%.

In 2Q26, gross profit totaled R$ 27.763 million and the gross margin ex-financing was 29.8%, while the net margin before minority interest reached 17.4%. Financial result was positive at R$ 23.469 million and the result from equity interests added R$ 7.710 million. The quarter also included a gain of R$ 54.527 million in other operating income, arising from the disposal of control and equity interest in an SPE.

On the operating side, net sales in 2Q26 totaled R$ 278.483 million in General Sales Value (GSV), of which R$ 155.635 million was attributable to Even, with a consolidated sales-over-offer (SSO) of 4.4%. In the half-year, net sales reached R$ 566.969 million (R$ 408.124 million % Even). Two developments were launched in the quarter, with combined GSV of R$ 676.667 million (R$ 280.509 million % Even), notably Renato 410, a high-end project in Itaim, and Parque Piedade, in Rio de Janeiro.

The company’s inventory closed 2Q26 at R$ 3.509 billion (% Even) in potential sales value, equivalent to 24 months of commercialization considering the pace of the last 12 months, with only 8.3% of this volume already completed. The land bank has potential GSV of R$ 8.547 billion (R$ 5.335 billion % Even), spread across 26 projects or phases, with 97% focused on mid, mid-high, high-end and luxury segments.

As of June 30, 2026, Even held cash and cash equivalents of R$ 786.991 million and gross debt of R$ 1.486 billion, resulting in net debt of R$ 698.652 million, equivalent to 30.3% of shareholders’ equity of R$ 2.304.714 billion. Operating cash burn, excluding dividends and share buybacks, was R$ 94.763 million in 2Q26, while the total receivables portfolio amounted to R$ 2,834.8 million, of which R$ 538.5 million is expected to be received still in 2026.
