In the operating preview for the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26), Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. (EVEN3) reported that launches totaled R$ 590 million in PSV (Potential Sales Value), of which R$ 231 million was attributable to Even. Net sales came to R$ 268 million, of which R$ 185 million correspond to the company’s share, with a consolidated sales-over-supply (VSO) of 5%, and deliveries reached a PSV of R$ 375 million, with 48 units delivered.
In 3Q26, two projects were launched in São Paulo: Janô – RFM, in Itaim, with total PSV of R$ 369.452 million (R$ 158.864 million % Even) and 64 units, and Edifício Primavera – RFM, in Jardins, with PSV of R$ 220.166 million (R$ 71.928 million % Even) and 12 units. Year to date in 2026, launches amount to R$ 1.266 billion in PSV, of which R$ 511.301 million is attributable to Even, distributed across 457 units.
The company recorded cancellations of R$ 74 million in 3Q26, of which R$ 57 million correspond to its share. In the first nine months of 2026, cancellations total R$ 169 million (% Even), compared to R$ 190 million in the same period of the previous year, according to the unaudited managerial data disclosed.
In terms of deliveries, in addition to the PSV of R$ 375 million and 48 units in the quarter, Even reported that in the first nine months of 2026, PSV delivered reached R$ 966 million, versus R$ 1.111 billion in 9M25, while the number of units delivered fell from 1,599 to 666 in the same comparison.
