MPM Corpóreos S.A., owner of the Espaçolaser brand (ESPA3), reported in a material fact notice this Wednesday, August 12, 2026, that the Board of Directors acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Fabio Itikawa from the position of chief financial officer and investor relations officer, with immediate effect.

Following his departure, the Board of Directors elected Ms. Magali Rogéria de Moura Leite to temporarily perform, in addition to her role as chief executive officer, the duties of chief financial officer and investor relations officer of the company.
