Net operating revenue was R$ 1.332 billion in 2Q26, down 2.7% from 2Q25, and R$ 2.588,6 billion in 1H26, a decline of 1.8% versus 1H25. Performance by market in the half-year showed growth in domestic Original Equipment, with R$ 1.076,4 billion (+3.2%), and contraction in export Original Equipment, with R$ 583.0 million (-3.2%), domestic Aftermarket, with R$ 789.9 million (-4.9%), and export Aftermarket, with R$ 139.3 million (-13.0%).
EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) reached R$ 277.3 million in 2Q26, with a margin of 20.8%, versus R$ 261.0 million and a margin of 19.1% in 2Q25. In 1H26, EBITDA totaled R$ 526.7 million, with a margin of 20.3%, compared to R$ 498.2 million and a margin of 18.9% in 1H25. Adjusted EBITDA, which excludes the reversal of a R$ 3.5 million warranty provision, was R$ 273.8 million in 2Q26 (margin of 20.5%) and R$ 523.2 million in 1H26 (margin of 20.2%).
The company reported gross profit of R$ 385.2 million in 2Q26, with a gross margin of 28.9%, against R$ 372.1 million and 27.2% in 2Q25. In the half-year to date, gross profit was R$ 725.0 million, with a margin of 28.0%, practically stable compared to the R$ 724.8 million and margin of 27.5% in 1H25. Net financial result was an expense of R$ 0.5 million in 2Q26, well below the expense of R$ 41.7 million in 2Q25, and income of R$ 75.3 million in 1H26, versus an expense of R$ 29.6 million in 1H25.
On June 30, 2026, net debt totaled R$ 1.103,1 billion, with a net debt/adjusted EBITDA ratio of 1.05x, versus R$ 998.4 million and 1.17x on December 31, 2025. In the same half-year, the Annual General Meeting held on April 29, 2026 approved additional dividends of R$ 275.9 million related to 2025, raising the total dividends and interest on equity (Juros sobre Capital Próprio) for the year to R$ 386.5 million, which represents a payout of 63.5% of 2025 net income after legal deductions.
