Auren Energia (AURE3) reported this Monday, August 10, 2026, that it has completed the filing of its prior and non-binding statement of interest in joining the commitment term for compensation for electricity generation curtailments that occurred between September 1, 2023, and November 25, 2025, due to electrical reliability issues or external unavailability.

According to the company, the procedure follows the provisions of Normative Ordinance MME No. 140, dated July 18, 2026. Auren Energia also stated that it will keep its shareholders and the market informed about subsequent developments related to the matter.
