São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações (SCAR3) completed in 2026 the sale of the Best Center Mogi das Cruzes – Centro convenience center, located in Mogi das Cruzes (SP), for R$ 8.7 million. The amount was paid in full in cash and was 2.2% below the property’s NAV, according to the announcement.

The property has 1,649 m² of gross leasable area (GLA) and is located at Avenida Francisco Rodrigues Filho, 872, in Mogi das Cruzes, with an occupancy rate of 70.0% on the transaction date.

After the sale, São Carlos’ portfolio now comprises 34 properties, totaling 139.2 thousand m² of own GLA and a market value of R$ 907 million, in addition to R$ 589 million in REIT fund shares (fundos de investimento imobiliário – FIIs).
