On Monday, July 20, 2026, Frasle Mobility (FRAS3) announced that, starting in fiscal year 2027, it will no longer disclose consolidated net revenue on a monthly basis, and will instead concentrate this information in its quarterly financial statements. The last monthly release in the current format will reference November 2026, with publication scheduled for December 21, 2026.
According to the company, the decision stems from a review of its disclosure practices and is based on three main points: the assessment that quarterly analysis of results is better aligned with the operational and financial cycle, reducing one-off interpretations of monthly fluctuations; the concentration of financial information in legally required, audited documents disclosed on a quarterly basis; and alignment with the prevailing practices of comparable publicly traded companies, in Brazil and abroad, in Frasle Mobility’s industry.
In the same release, the company maintained its current practice and disclosed consolidated net revenue through June 2026. In June 2026, consolidated net revenue was R$ 483.1 million, compared with R$ 425.9 million in June 2025, an increase of 13.4%. In the second quarter of 2026, revenue totaled R$ 1,384.7 million, versus R$ 1,360.1 million in the second quarter of 2025, an increase of 1.8%, and year-to-date 2026 through June reached R$ 2,634.8 million, a decrease of 2.1% compared with R$ 2,691.9 million in the same period of 2025. The 2026 figures are preliminary and unaudited.
Frasle Mobility stated that it will maintain its official channels for periodic disclosures and for communication with shareholders, analysts and other interested parties, reiterating its commitment to transparency, equal treatment of information and quality dialogue with the market.
