Josephina III Fundo de Investimento em Participações reported that on Friday, July 17, 2026, it reduced its stake in Oncoclínicas do Brasil Serviços Médicos S.A. (ONCO3) through a private sale of 55,000,000 common shares, and now holds 112,498,778 shares, equivalent to 9.911% of the company’s total share capital.
In the same notice, Centaurus Brazil TRS LLC reported that it executed a new amendment to a cash-settled derivative instrument in the form of a total return swap (an agreement in which the remuneration tracks the total return of the underlying asset), originally signed on March 21, 2025, reducing its short economic exposure from the equivalent of 62,914,808 shares, or 5.55% of total share capital, to 7,914,808 shares, or 0.70% of Oncoclínicas’s total share capital.
The entities also reported that, in addition to these positions, they do not hold nor intend to acquire any other securities or derivatives issued by Oncoclínicas, and stated that the transactions have a strictly economic purpose, with no intention of changing the company’s ownership or management structure.
