On Thursday, July 16, 2026, Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3) approved the distribution of Interest on Equity (JCP, a form of shareholder remuneration that can be deducted from taxable profit) in the gross amount of R$ 0.15646482856 per share, based on the balance sheet as of June 30, 2026. The total gross JCP amount is R$ 500 million, subject to withholding income tax at the rate of 17.5%, resulting in a total net amount of R$ 412.5 million.
Considering the standard 17.5% rate, the income tax withheld at source is R$ 0.02738134500 per share, which results in a net amount of R$ 0.12908348356 per share. This interest will be imputed to the mandatory dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, subject to approval by the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders of record at the close of trading on July 27, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP, on which date the shareholder base will be verified. As of July 28, 2026, Telefônica Brasil shares will trade on B3 ex-interest. Payment of the distribution will be made by April 30, 2027, on a date to be set by the company’s Board of Executive Officers.
The company reported that the JCP amount per share may be adjusted due to any share repurchases under the Share Repurchase Program in effect until the record date of July 27, 2026. If there are repurchases, Telefônica Brasil will release a Market Announcement with the new recalculated amount per share; if not, the amounts disclosed in this notice will remain valid.
Shareholders subject to a differentiated withholding income tax regime, including those covered by international agreements and treaties or exempt and immune investors, must provide evidence of this status by August 3, 2026 to the Shares and Custody Department of Banco Bradesco, the depository institution for Telefônica Brasil’s book-entry shares.
