Vittia (VITT3) approved on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, the contracting of long-term financing of up to R$ 153 million with the Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos (FINEP), as part of an innovation project with a total value of R$ 169 million. The financing will have a total term of 16 years.

The innovation project approved by FINEP corresponds to 90% of the financeable portion, involves several research initiatives in new biological technologies, and will have an execution period of 48 months. The project was approved under the “Mais Inovação com Bônus” program, classified by FINEP as having a “high degree of innovation.”

Among the main terms, the financing provides for disbursement over up to 48 months, a 48-month grace period, amortization over 144 months and a total term of 192 months, with an interest rate of TR + 3.2% per year. Disbursements will follow the execution of the project.

The first tranche will be R$ 32 million, to be released after the formalization of the financing agreement between Vittia and FINEP.
