Mid-session this Monday, the Ibovespa was down 0.35%, at 177,243.50 points, moving in the opposite direction of some individual stocks. Among the biggest intraday moves, CSN Mineração (CMIN3) was up 5.54%, quoted at R$ 5.52, while Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) was down 6.67%, at R$ 0.70.

On the positive side, in addition to CMIN3, which was leading the session’s gainers, Paranapanema (PMAM3) advanced 4.35%, to R$ 0.24. Among real estate-related companies, Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) was up 3.47%, trading at R$ 2.09. In the regional telecommunications segment, Brisanet (BRST3) (an internet and telecom services provider) climbed 3.21%, to R$ 2.89, while Triunfo (TPIS3), in the infrastructure concessions sector, gained 2.71%, to R$ 9.86.

Among the biggest losers, besides ONCO3, Gafisa (GFSA3) fell 6.35%, to R$ 0.59. Among financial-institution stocks, Banco Mercantil (BMEB4) was down 3.71%, at R$ 57.30. In the energy and construction sector, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) slipped 3.54%, trading at R$ 1.09. Grupo Pão de Açúcar - GPA (PCAR3), in the food retail segment, dropped 3.30%, to R$ 2.64.

Compared with the opening of this session, when the Ibovespa was up 0.1% and Jalles Machado (JALL3) rose 1.9% among the initial standouts, the index movement reversed to a decline in the morning, while the top intraday highlights shifted to names such as CMIN3, PMAM3 and ONCO3.
