Ourofino S.A., known in the market as Ourofino Saúde Animal, is a Brazilian company dedicated to the animal health sector, with common shares traded on B3 under the ticker OFSA3. The economic group originated in 1987, founded by Norival Bonamichi and Jardel Massari, with an initial focus on manufacturing veterinary products for production animals, especially cattle, horses, poultry, and swine. Throughout the 1990s, expansion took place organically, driven mainly by the livestock product line. The company operates a decentralized logistics network in Brazil, based on leased distribution centers in Vinhedo (SP), Cachoeirinha (RS), Aparecida de Goiânia (GO), Betim (MG), and Cuiabá (MT).
