Grupo GPS (GGPS3) completes acquisition of 55% of Grupo SEI

Grupo GPS (GGPS3) reported on Thursday, October 22, 2026, that it has completed the acquisition of 55% of the quotas of Grupo SEI, a group of surveillance and security services companies. The transaction was carried out through Graber Segurança Ltda., a GPS-controlled company.

Grupo SEI is composed of Sei Vigilância e Segurança Ltda., Colina Soluções e Serviços Ltda., Interage Soluções Empresariais Ltda., and DN Comércio e Serviços em Segurança e Inteligência Ltda. The closing took place after all precedent conditions set forth for the transaction were fulfilled.
