On Tuesday afternoon, the Ibovespa was up 1.30%, at 207,749.22 points, with notable sharp swings among the most traded stocks. Casas Bahia (BHIA3) was leading the gains, priced at R$ 1.41, up 18.49%, while Americanas (AMER3) was quoted at R$ 7.04, rising 17.92%. On the opposite side, Wiz Co (WIZC3) posted the worst performance of the session so far, dropping 22.22% to R$ 7.07.
Among the biggest gainers, besides BHIA3 and AMER3, Lojas Quero-Quero (LJQQ3) appeared in third place, trading at R$ 3.06, an increase of 15.47%. Magazine Luiza (MGLU3) also stood out on the positive side, at R$ 13.38, up 13.10%. Next, Movida (MOVI3) was quoted at R$ 19.80, rising 11.55%, rounding out the group of the five biggest gainers in this session on B3.
On the losing side, after WIZC3, Ânima Educação (ANIM3) retreated 9.01% to R$ 5.15. Dotz (DOTZ3) was down 4.46%, quoted at R$ 12.84, while M. Dias Branco (MDIA3) traded at R$ 19.69, a drop of 4.18%. OceanPact (OPCT3) completed the list of the five biggest losers, at R$ 9.68, down 2.91%. Compared with the latest updates in this session, BHIA3 took the lead among the gainers, while WIZC3 remained one of the main negative highlights of the trading day.
