The company reported that the revision of the Consolidated Net Revenue projection stems from updated assumptions used in preparing the 2026 guidance. Among the factors cited are the average exchange rate realized in the year to date in 2026, below the original assumption, impacting the conversion of external revenues into reais; temporary impacts on market supply from the Extrema (Nakata) site due to the transition linked to operational modernization projects; changes in the business environment affecting commercial dynamics in Argentina; and effects of Brazil’s tax reform on purchasing dynamics and supply in distribution channels.

According to the projection table, the 2026 estimates remain in place for Revenues – External Market between US$ 540 million and US$ 570 million; adjusted EBITDA margin (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) between 17.5% and 20%; and organic investments between R$ 170 million and R$ 210 million. The company also emphasized that the revised projection takes into account the year-to-date performance and the updated assessment of the macroeconomic and exchange-rate scenario, and does not include any potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
