Banco ABC Brasil (ABCB4) reported that the Central Bank of Brazil ratified, in a ruling dated October 15, 2026, the capital increase approved by the board of directors on June 24, 2026 and September 25, 2026. As a result, the company’s share capital now stands at R$ 6,181,781,752.30, considering the approved increase of R$ 169,119,490.83.

The new share capital of Banco ABC Brasil is now represented by 269,264,811 shares, consisting of 135,497,913 common shares (ON) and 133,766,898 preferred shares (PN).
