On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) reported that shareholder Petro-Victory Energia Ltda. reduced its stake to 9.48% of the company’s capital, now holding 3,791,681 common shares.
According to a letter sent to the company, Petro-Victory sold 309,500 common shares in a trade carried out on October 14, 2026, on B3, reducing its previous 10.25% stake. The company stated that the transaction was intended to provide liquidity and that it does not seek to change the control or management structure of Azevedo & Travassos Energia.
Petro-Victory also reported that it does not hold any other securities or derivative instruments linked to the company’s shares and that it is not party to any voting agreements or securities purchase and sale agreements involving Azevedo & Travassos Energia.
