On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Melnick Desenvolvimento Imobiliário (MELK3) released its preliminary operating results for the third quarter of 2026, with gross and net sales of R$ 116 million and R$ 91 million, respectively. In the first nine months of 2026 (9M26), gross sales totaled R$ 589 million and net sales reached R$ 499 million, with an 11% reduction in inventory sales compared to 9M25.
In 3Q26, the company launched one project, with a gross General Sales Value (VGV) of R$ 122 million, of which R$ 23 million corresponds to Melnick’s stake. In 9M26, launches totaled gross VGV of R$ 493 million, with R$ 351 million attributable to Melnick.
Also in 3Q26, two projects were delivered, totaling R$ 162 million in gross VGV (R$ 88 million % Melnick) and 308 units. Considering 9M26, deliveries reached R$ 1.280 billion in gross VGV (R$ 641 million % Melnick) and 1,457 units.
