Dexxos (DEXP3, DEXP4) records ANP final decision on GPC

Dexxos Participações (DEXP3, DEXP4) reported in a material fact released on Thursday, October 15, 2026, that the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) issued on October 14, 2026 a final decision in an administrative proceeding involving its subsidiary GPC Química S.A., upholding the company’s authorization to carry out methanol distribution activities, in accordance with the procedures established by the regulatory agency.

According to Dexxos, the decision reaffirms GPC Química’s role as a methanol distributor and recognizes the company’s ability to adopt control and due diligence mechanisms aligned with compliance and corporate governance practices.
