At the opening of today’s B3 session, the Ibovespa was down 1.38%, at 204,027.99 points. Among the individual highlights in the first minutes of trading, shares of Recrusul (RCSL3) were up 2.33%, quoted at R$ 2.20, while Eucatex (EUCA4) shares were down 3.94%, trading at R$ 25.36.
On the gainers’ side, in addition to RCSL3, which posted the largest positive move at the start of the session, shares of Rede Mater Dei de Saúde (MATD3) advanced 0.92%, trading at R$ 6.61. These moves placed RCSL3 and MATD3 among the top gainers at the open of the Brazilian stock market this Wednesday.
On the losers’ side, EUCA4 posted the steepest drop, falling 3.94% to R$ 25.36. Shares of Gerdau (GGBR3) were down 1.67%, at R$ 21.75. In the same direction, Priner (PRNR3) shares fell 1.38% to R$ 21.50, while Hidrovias do Brasil (HBSA3) retreated 0.96% to R$ 4.12, and Axia Energia (AXIA7) slipped 0.86% to R$ 58.97.
As a result, in the first minutes after B3’s opening, the session was marked by a decline in the Ibovespa, with RCSL3 ranking as the top gainer and EUCA4 as the top loser, while other assets such as GGBR3, PRNR3, HBSA3, AXIA7 and MATD3 also stood out among the main moves of the morning.
