AXIA Energia reaches 17% of ISA Energia (ISAE3, ISAE4)

On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, ISA Energia Brasil (ISAE3, ISAE4) reported that on October 9, 2026 it received a letter from AXIA Energia S.A. stating that it had come to hold 5,340,330 common shares and 115,202,535 preferred shares of the company, which represent approximately 2.24% and 24.77% of the total of these share classes, respectively, and, combined, 17.14% of the company’s share capital.

AXIA Energia stated that its stake in ISA Energia Brasil is solely for investment purposes, with no intention of changing the company’s shareholding control or management structure, and that it is not a party to any contracts or agreements governing the exercise of voting rights over these securities.
