Winklevoss Capital Fund, LLC reduced its equity stake in OranjeBTC (OBTC3) in September 2026, and now holds 19,941,380 common shares issued by the company, equivalent to approximately 13.60% of the total common shares, compared with 28,481,380 shares previously held, which represented about 19.43% of the total.
According to a statement from OranjeBTC S.A. – Educação e Investimento, Winklevoss Capital reported that on September 7, 2026 its stake fell below 15% of the company’s total common shares, a threshold that corresponds to 21,991,230 common shares for reference purposes.
Winklevoss Capital also stated that the stake reported here is for investment purposes, with no intention of changing OranjeBTC’s control or management structure, and that as of today it does not hold any other securities issued by the company, including convertible debentures, nor contracts or agreements regarding voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities beyond those already disclosed, if applicable.
