In the operational preview for the third quarter of 2026, released on Thursday, October 8, 2026, Construtora Tenda (TEND3) reported that it launched 14 projects in the consolidated Tenda + Alea portfolio, totaling PSV (Potential Sales Value) of R$ 1,639.7 million, of which R$ 1,520.7 million refers to the Tenda segment. In the same 3Q26, consolidated net sales totaled R$ 1,287.0 million and the land bank reached PSV of R$ 35,544.6 million, with R$ 29,252.1 million at Tenda.
In the Tenda segment, the 11 projects launched in 3Q26 reached PSV of R$ 1,520.7 million, 2.3% above 3Q25, with an average launch price per unit of R$ 271,200, an increase of 15.7% compared to 3Q25 and 8.3% versus 2Q26. In 9M26, PSV launched by Tenda was R$ 4,616.1 million, 36.0% higher than in 9M25. Alea launched three projects in the quarter, with PSV of R$ 119.1 million, growth of 56.2% versus 3Q25.
Consolidated gross sales totaled R$ 1,599.2 million in 3Q26, up 13.5% compared to 3Q25, with a Gross Sales Speed (VSO Bruta) of 28.6%. At Tenda, gross sales were R$ 1,507.3 million, an increase of 22.1% over 3Q25, with an average price per unit of R$ 233,400. Consolidated net sales came to R$ 1,287.0 million, growth of 4.4% year over year, while consolidated Net Sales Speed (VSO Líquida) was 23.0%. At Tenda, net sales reached R$ 1,214.4 million, 10.5% above 3Q25.
Consolidated cancellations totaled R$ 312.3 million in 3Q26, an increase of 50.7% compared to 2Q26, with a cancellations/gross sales ratio of 19.5%. At Tenda, cancellations came to R$ 292.8 million, up 55.0% versus the previous quarter, impacted by a strike at Caixa Econômica Federal, a temporary adjustment to customers’ income commitment limit and stricter credit granting criteria. Consolidated transferred PSV was R$ 764.8 million, a drop of 32.0% compared to 3Q25, while transferred units totaled 3,967 in the quarter.
The consolidated land bank closed 3Q26 with PSV of R$ 35,544.6 million, growth of 35.7% compared to 3Q25 and 5.3% versus 2Q26, distributed across 954 projects and 157,441 units, with an average price per unit of R$ 225,800. At Tenda, the land bank totaled R$ 29,252.1 million in PSV, an increase of 41.2% year over year, while Alea posted PSV of R$ 6,292.5 million, 14.8% above 3Q25.
