Dotz S.A. (DOTZ3) reported in a material fact released on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, that the Board of Directors approved a broad reorganization of its executive board, with changes to the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer and Executive Officers.
The board approved the election of Gustavo Wanderley Dias de Freitas, previously Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer, to the position of Executive Officer without a specific designation, so he will no longer hold his previous positions concurrently. Otávio Augusto Gomes de Araujo, Chief Executive Officer, also began serving as Investor Relations Officer.
Murilo Oranges Teixeira was elected the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He has been with Dotz since the acquisition of the fintech Noverde, where he was a partner and led the Portfolio Management and FP&A areas, and has worked at the company as Head of Portfolio Management for the past four years, after previous experience at Banco Original in the Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets areas.
The board also took note of the departure of Leonardo Mendes Soares from the position of Executive Officer, as previously disclosed on September 30, 2026, and approved the election of Antonio Paulo Correa e Conde to the position of Executive Officer responsible for the Credit, Portfolio and Risk areas. Antonio Paulo has more than 20 years of executive experience in Finance, Risk Management, Credit, Compliance and Payments, having worked at Sem Parar / Corpay, Corpay / FleetCor, Cencosud and Citibank.
With these changes, Dotz’s executive board, whose unified term runs until April 30, 2027, now consists of Otávio Augusto Gomes de Araujo (Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relations Officer), Murilo Oranges Teixeira (Chief Financial Officer), Gustavo Wanderley Dias de Freitas (Executive Officer without a specific designation), Ricardo Magalhães de Almeida (Executive Officer responsible for the Commercial area) and Antonio Paulo Correa e Conde (Executive Officer responsible for the Credit, Portfolio and Risk areas).
