Invesco cuts stake to 4.96% in Cyrela (CYRE3)

On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações (CYRE3/CYRE4) reported that Invesco Ltd. reduced its equity stake in the company, now holding 19,033,223 common shares, equivalent to approximately 4.96% of the total common shares outstanding, and 594,814 preferred shares, corresponding to about 0.86% of the total preferred shares.

According to Invesco, the stake is strictly for investment purposes, with no intention of changing Cyrela’s shareholding control or management structure, and there are no agreements or contracts entered into by the asset manager that govern the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of the company’s securities.
