Morgan Stanley cuts stake to 4.9% in Tenda (TEND3)

On Monday, October 5, 2026, Construtora Tenda (TEND3) reported that on September 25, 2026, it received a notice from shareholder Morgan Stanley about the reduction of its stake to the equivalent of 4.9% of the company’s total common shares, after trades carried out in the spot market. The position corresponds to 5,978,000 common shares issued by Construtora Tenda.

Morgan Stanley also reported having exposure to a derivative financial instrument with cash settlement, in a long position of 13,100 instruments, equivalent to 0.01% of the company’s common shares. The investor stated that it does not intend to change the composition of the shareholding control or the management structure of Construtora Tenda.
