Of the total repurchased during the week, 138,600 shares were acquired up to September 30, closing the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26), and 111,400 from October 1 onward, already in the fourth quarter of 2026 (4Q26). OranjeBTC ended 3Q26 with a Gross BTC Yield of 8.08%, which, according to the company, represents an 8.08% increase in the amount of Bitcoin per share in the quarter, disregarding indebtedness.

In the same week, Bitcoin per share increased 0.18%, while the 2026 Gross BTC Yield reached 22.12% and the Cumulative Gross BTC Yield reached 25.04%. The company reported metrics of 2,798 satoshis per share and 35,744 shares per Bitcoin.

OranjeBTC stated that it continues to continuously assess the allocation between direct Bitcoin purchases and share buybacks, with the aim of preserving and expanding its Bitcoin reserves and maximizing Bitcoin per share for shareholders over the long term.
