Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais – Copasa (CSMG3) concluded on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, the bookbuilding process (rate-setting process) for the public offering of its 23rd issuance of simple, non-convertible debentures, unsecured, in a single series. A total of 1,200,000 debentures were issued, with a unit par value of R$ 1,000.00, totaling R$ 1,200,000,000.00 on the issue date of the securities, scheduled for October 2, 2026.
The debentures will pay compensation equivalent to 100% of the accumulated variation of the DI Rate, plus a spread (surcharge) of 0.34% per year, based on 252 business days. The issuance has a “AAA(bra)” credit rating assigned by Fitch Ratings Brasil Ltda., according to a release dated August 26, 2026.
According to the release, no excess demand greater than one-third of the debentures initially offered at the cut-off rate of the compensation was observed, which allowed for the placement of securities with related parties, subject to the exceptions set out in CVM Resolution 160. The offering is intended exclusively for professional investors and is subject to resale restrictions provided for in the same regulation.
