Alupar Investimento S.A. (ALUP3), through its subsidiary Alupar Perú S.A.C., obtained the environmental license for the Puno Sur Project on September 28, 2026, in Peru, related to the implementation of power transmission infrastructure in the Puno region.
The project calls for the construction of the new Puno Sur Electrical Substation (138/60/22.9/10 kV – 25 MVA), in addition to 9.5 km of 138 kV transmission lines, with the goal of ensuring continuity, reliability, and quality of electricity supply to the city of Puno and adjacent rural areas.
With the environmental license, Alupar Perú S.A.C. completes the permitting phase required to begin construction works on the project, subject to the established environmental conditions. According to the company, the project is aligned with the sustainable development of the regions where it operates.
