JSL (JSLG3) announces dividends of R$ 0.74 per share

JSL (JSLG3) reported that the payment of dividends approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 22, 2025, in the total amount of R$ 421,063,854, in the year 2026, will be made in two equal installments of R$ 210,531,927.00, corresponding to R$ 0.740150001 per share.

According to the notice to shareholders, the first installment will be paid on October 2, 2026, and the second will be due on December 28, 2026.
