Bradsaúde (SAUD3) reported that on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, the cancellation of the company’s Authorization to Operate as a Health Care Plan Operator was granted by the National Supplemental Health Agency (ANS), pursuant to Normative Resolution No. 543/2022.

According to Bradsaúde, the cancellation of the authorization is part of the business combination transaction between the company and Bradesco Gestão de Saúde S.A., previously disclosed in earlier material facts. In this transaction, the company transferred its portfolio of dental plans and other operating assets and liabilities to Mediservice Operadora de Planos de Saúde S.A., its indirect subsidiary, ceasing to operate directly as an operating entity.
