Real Investor Asset Management reported that on September 2, 2026, it increased its stake in Vulcabras (VULC3) to 5.14% of the company’s common shares, and now holds, through funds under its management, 16,330,993 common shares.

According to the asset manager, it has no intention of acquiring control or changing Vulcabras’ management structure, nor of holding other securities or derivatives linked to the company’s shares. Real Investor also stated that it is not party to any agreements or contracts governing the exercise of voting rights or the trading of the company’s securities.
