Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (Banrisul, BRSR3) approved, at a Board of Executive Officers meeting held on September 8, 2026, the payment of Interest on Equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) for the third quarter of 2026. A total amount of R$ 90,000,000 will be distributed, with a gross unit amount of R$ 0.22006263 per common share (ON), R$ 0.22006263 per class A preferred share (PNA), and R$ 0.22006263 per class B preferred share (PNB), subject to withholding income tax in accordance with current legislation.

The JCP payment will take place on September 28, 2026 for shareholders of record in the company’s books on September 11, 2026, the record date. The shares will trade “ex-rights” to the interim interest as of September 14, 2026.

Shareholders who hold checking accounts at Banrisul and have up-to-date registration and banking information will receive the credit directly into their checking accounts at the institution, while shareholders with shares deposited at B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão will receive payment through the institutions or brokerages that hold their positions in custody. Shareholders exempt from taxation must prove their tax-immune or tax-exempt status by September 16, 2026.

In accordance with Banrisul’s Bylaws and applicable legislation, the net JCP amount will be imputed to the mandatory dividend, integrating the total amount of dividends distributed by the company for all legal purposes. Unclaimed JCP amounts expire three years from the date on which they are made available to shareholders.
