Construtora Tenda (TEND3) reported that on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Marcos Cruz officially took over as the company’s CEO, succeeding Rodrigo Osmo. This appointment concludes the core stage of the formal transition process that began in May 2026 and was carried out over the past three months.

According to the company, the succession process was planned in line with the corporate governance and succession planning policy of the board of directors, with joint involvement by Rodrigo Osmo and Marcos Cruz to ensure strategic continuity, operational stability, and preservation of the organizational culture.

Tenda highlighted that Marcos Cruz has experience in both the public and private sectors, including ten years as CEO of Nitro Química, 14 years as a partner at McKinsey, and a term as Secretary of Finance for the City of São Paulo. The company states that it is confident in the executive’s ability to maintain the focus on the industrial approach to the business and on ongoing productivity gains.

Rodrigo Osmo will remain CEO of the subsidiary Alea until the first half of 2027, during which time management of the operation will be handed over to Marcos Cruz. After this stage, Tenda has indicated that the expectation is for Osmo to join the company’s board of directors.
