On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Axia Energia (AXIA3, AXIA7) reported that BlackRock, Inc. sold common shares (ON) and class C preferred shares (PNC) issued by the company and, after the trades on the stock market, came to hold 115,701,027 common shares, equivalent to approximately 4.929% of the total for this class, and 24,180,826 class C preferred shares, corresponding to approximately 4.057% of the total for this class.

BlackRock also reported holding 358,593 cash-settled derivative instruments referenced to common shares, representing about 0.015% of the total for this class, and 41,655 cash-settled derivative instruments referenced to class C preferred shares, equivalent to approximately 0.015% of the total for this class.

According to the notice, BlackRock states that it is not a party to any contracts or agreements that regulate the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of Axia Energia securities, affirming that its stake is held solely for investment purposes, with no intention of changing the company’s shareholding control or influencing its management structure.
