Construtora Tenda (TEND3) announced that, as of this Tuesday, September 8, 2026, its shares will be included in the Bovespa Index (Ibovespa), the main performance indicator for stocks traded on B3. The Ibovespa has its theoretical portfolio rebalanced every four months and brings together companies considered the most important in the Brazilian capital markets.
According to Tenda’s management, joining the Ibovespa marks a new stage in the company’s trajectory, reflecting increased share liquidity, a stronger shareholder base, and recognition of its operating and financial results and growth strategy. The company also states that inclusion in the index tends to increase its visibility among investors, attract new investment flows — including from funds that track the index — and reinforce its commitment to sustainable value creation and best practices in corporate governance.
