Among the top gainers of the day, Paranapanema (PMAM3) led the move, climbing 34.78% to R$ 0.31, following recent disclosures to the market about the company’s 11th debenture issue, which had 4 debentures subscribed during the preemptive period, with settlement scheduled for today. Next, OranjeBTC (OBTC3) closed at R$ 7.00, up 9.20%, after the company reported in recent days the raising of R$ 210 million in its 3rd debenture issue, an amount equivalent to US$ 40.5 million, earmarked for Bitcoin operations and share buybacks, as well as the reduction of Winklevoss Capital’s stake to 18.93% of the common shares.
Also among the gainers, Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional (CSED3) ended the session at R$ 5.58, up 6.69%, while Automob (AMOB3) rose 5.44%, closing at R$ 12.40. OceanPact (OPCT3) rounded out the group, ending the session at R$ 11.48, up 5.03%, amid recent announcements about a business combination with CBO, which calls for the issuance of 274.6 million new shares and a payment of R$ 0.01 per share, in addition to the completion of the acquisition of Dock Brasil.
On the downside, Randon (RAPT4) posted the biggest drop of the session, falling 7.36% to R$ 4.78, after recently disclosing that Goldman Sachs reached a 5% stake in preferred shares through cash-settled derivatives. Espaçolaser (ESPA3) fell 6.28%, closing at R$ 7.01, while Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) ended the session at R$ 2.07, down 5.91%.
Among the other notable decliners, Gafisa (GFSA3) closed the day quoted at R$ 0.21, a drop of 4.55%. The company recently approved a capital increase of R$ 120 through the exercise of subscription warrants, adding 6 shares and raising its share capital to R$ 2.4 billion. Meanwhile, SYN Prop & Tech (SYNE3) closed at R$ 3.78, down 4.30%, rounding out the list of the five biggest losers of this session on B3.
