Companhia Energética de Brasília (CEBR3), a publicly traded company, reported that at an extraordinary meeting held on August 31, 2026, the Board of Directors deliberated on the reconstitution of the Statutory Audit Committee (SAC) and the Risk Committee.
Luiz Augusto Pereira de Andrade Figueira was elected a member of the SAC for the 2026/2028 term, replacing Wilmar Moreira da Silva, whose term ended on August 31, 2026. With this election, Luiz Augusto ceased to be a member of the Risk Committee.
On the same occasion, the Board appointed Sérgio Ricardo Miranda Nazaré, a member and coordinator of the SAC, as the Committee member with recognized experience in corporate accounting matters, pursuant to Law No. 13,303/2016.
To fill the vacancy on the Risk Committee created by the departure of Luiz Augusto, Pedro Luiz de Oliveira Jatobá was elected as a member of the Committee, to complete the 2025/2027 term.
According to the company, the resolutions restore the advisory bodies to the Board of Directors, preserving the continuity of the governance, audit, and risk management structures.
