At the opening of today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa was up 1.43%, at 187,865.51 points, with JSL (JSLG3) standing out on the upside, posting a 2.16% gain at R$ 6.15, and Estapar (ALPK3) on the downside, falling 1.71% to R$ 4.59 in the first minutes of trading.
Among the top gainers early in the day, in addition to JSLG3, CSU Digital (CSUD3) was trading at R$ 14.24, up 1.64%. Bradespar (BRAP3) climbed 1.51%, quoted at R$ 19.50, while DASA (DASA3) was at R$ 2.70, advancing 1.50%. Rede Mater Dei de Saúde (MATD3) followed, at R$ 5.08, with a positive move of 1.40%.
On the negative side, after ALPK3, Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) was down 1.30%, at R$ 1.52. The CELESC electric power units (CLSC4) were quoted at R$ 155.00, down 0.83%. In the steel sector, Gerdau (GGBR3) slipped 0.23%, to R$ 21.78, while Usiminas (USIM3) edged down 0.14%, trading at R$ 7.27.
With that, the market opened with the Ibovespa in positive territory and a mixed picture among the most traded stocks, with JSLG3 in first place among the top gainers and ALPK3 posting the biggest drop at the start of trading this Thursday.
