Metalúrgica Gerdau S.A. (GOAU4) and Gerdau S.A. (GGBR4) reported on Monday, August 31, 2026, the signing of a new global credit facility agreement, called the Senior Unsecured Global Working Capital Credit Agreement, in the amount of US$ 1,125,000,000.00, with a term of five years from the signing date and maturity scheduled for the end of August 2031, which may be extended for up to one year.

The new transaction will replace the current US$ 875,000,000.00 credit line, which is fully available and undrawn, representing an increase of approximately 29% in the total availability of the companies involved.

According to the announcement, the new credit line will be administered by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) and will include the participation of nine lending banks: BBVA, Banco Santander, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Citibank, CACIB, J.P. Morgan Chase, Mizuho Bank and Natixis, engaged in accordance with their credit approval procedures and under the terms defined by the company.
