Gerdau S.A. (GGBR4), Metalúrgica Gerdau S.A. and affiliated companies entered into, on Monday, August 31, 2026, a new global credit line agreement, called the Senior Unsecured Global Working Capital Credit Agreement, in the amount of US$ 1,125,000,000.00. The new facility replaces the current US$ 875,000,000.00 operation, which was fully available and undrawn, increasing the companies’ total availability by approximately 29%, with a five-year term and maturity scheduled for the end of August 2031, which may be extended for up to one year.

According to the release, the new credit line will be administered by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) and will have the participation of nine lending banks: BBVA, Banco Santander, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Citibank, CACIB, J.P. Morgan Chase, Mizuho Bank and Natixis. The amount is 100% available as of the date of signature of the Credit Agreement.
