Dexxos Participações (DEXP3, DEXP4) reported in a material fact on Monday, August 31, 2026, that its investee GPC Química S.A. obtained confirmation of fulfillment of the conditions precedent for the release of funds in the approximate amount of R$ 57.0 million from the credit line of the Bank Credit Note (Cédula de Crédito Bancário – CCB), with the Special Agency for Industrial Financing – FINAME, a subsidiary of BNDES.

According to the company, the agreement provides for the release of the remaining funds from the credit line over the term of the contract.
