In this morning’s trading on B3, the Ibovespa was down 0.28%, at 174,103.20 points, while Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) climbed 31.64% to R$ 2.33, ranking among the main positive highlights. On the negative side, Recrusul (RCSL4) fell 3.51% to R$ 0.55, after having recently been among the week’s top gainers. At the opening of this session, the benchmark was DASA3 up 2.7% and Ibovespa down 0.2%; since then, the index has slightly extended its losses and the sector highlights have changed.

Among the top gainers, in addition to AZEV4, shares of Braskem (BRKM5) rose 10.51% to R$ 3.89, after the company filed and had approved a request for out-of-court reorganization involving unsecured debt (debt without specific collateral) of about US$ 10.9 billion. Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) also appeared among the gainers, up 9.40% at R$ 1.63. Paranapanema (PMAM3) advanced 7.14%, trading at R$ 0.15, while Helbor Empreendimentos (HBOR3) was up 6.34% at R$ 2.18.

On the biggest losers’ side for the period, in addition to Recrusul (RCSL4), Casas Bahia (BHIA3) retreated 2.78% to R$ 0.35, after a recent focus on retail sector results. Grupo Pão de Açúcar - GPA (PCAR3) was down 2.68% at R$ 2.91. Even (EVEN3) fell 2.66% to R$ 4.39, and Estapar (ALPK3) traded at R$ 4.17, down 2.57%. As a result, compared with the start of the session, the composition of the main moves on B3 has changed, with DASA3 and MTRE3 giving way to stocks such as AZEV4, BRKM5 and RCSL4 on the list of intraday highlights.
