Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade (MOTV3) announced that on August 26, 2026, the Vice President of Innovation, Technology and Risk, Pedro Paulo Archer Sutter, resigned from his position.

The Board of Directors decided not to refill the position, as part of initiatives to streamline the organizational structure due to the ongoing process of selling the airport platform and reducing corporate costs. The responsibilities of the role will be absorbed by the current structure of the Executive Board, with the continuation of the innovation, technology and risk agendas aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
