At the open of today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa stood at 172,007.07 points, up 0.06% compared to the previous close. Among the highlights of the first minutes of trading, Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional (CSED3) gained 1.38%, quoted at R$ 4.42, while Banco BTG Pactual (BPAC5) fell 3.31%, trading at R$ 17.51.
On the list of top gainers, in addition to CSED3, Brisanet (BRST3) was up 1.09%, at R$ 2.79. Camil Alimentos (CAML3) came next with a gain of 0.63%, at R$ 4.79. Guararapes Confecções (RIAA3) advanced 0.44%, trading at R$ 6.85, and Armac (ARML3) started the day up 0.29%, at R$ 3.46.
Among the biggest decliners at the start of trading, after BPAC5, Lojas Quero-Quero (LJQQ3) dropped 1.82%, to R$ 1.08. Tupy (TUPY3) retreated 1.07%, at R$ 14.80. Gerdau (GGBR3) was down 0.69%, quoted at R$ 18.82, while Moura Dubeux (MDNE3) recorded a 0.55% decline, trading at R$ 23.44.
As a result, the start of trading on B3 today showed the Ibovespa slightly higher and a mixed picture among the main individual movers, with CSED3 on the positive side and BPAC5 leading the losses in the first minutes of the session.
