In early trading on Monday morning, the Ibovespa was up 0.19% at 171,347.71 points, after starting the day in the red. Among the stocks with the biggest swings on B3, Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) led the gains, quoted at R$ 1.59, up 38.26%, while Casas Bahia (BHIA3) was among the top losers, at R$ 0.41, down 4.65%.

On the positive side, in addition to ONCO3, Paranapanema (PMAM3) ranked among the biggest movers of the session, at R$ 0.15, up 15.38%. Yduqs (YDUQ3) climbed 13.09% to R$ 8.90 after recently stating that it is in early talks with Afya regarding a possible business combination, still without any binding commitment. Recrusul (RCSL4) advanced 7.14% to R$ 0.75, while Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) traded up 6.90% at R$ 1.55.

On the losing side, BHIA3, from Casas Bahia, fell 4.65% to R$ 0.41, standing as the biggest drop at the moment. Next, Raízen (RAIZ4) slid 4.17% to R$ 0.23. Braskem (BRKM5), which last week approved an out-of-court restructuring filing involving unsecured debts of around US$ 10.9 billion, was down 2.96% at R$ 4.92.

Among the exchange’s blue chips, Petrobras (PETR4) was down 2.89%, quoted at R$ 41.86, while Eucatex (EUCA4) also retreated, losing 2.81% to R$ 20.06. At the opening of this session, the standout had been Banco BTG Pactual (BPAC3), up 1.8% in a scenario where the Ibovespa was down 0.8%; as the morning progressed, the index reversed course and moved into positive territory, with new names taking the top spots among winners and losers.
