OranjeBTC (OBTC3) reported that, in the period between August 17 and 23, 2026, it repurchased 80,000 common shares (ON), with no share sales in the interval, totaling 146,631,433 common shares outstanding, excluding treasury. The weighted average repurchase price was R$ 7.2668 per share, resulting in trading balance of (R$ 581,347.00) for the period, with no Bitcoin purchases by the treasury.

According to the release, the company ended the week with 3,950.0 BTC in reserves, which is equivalent to 2,694 sats per share and 37,122 shares per Bitcoin. The metrics indicate a Gross BTC Yield (gross return in Bitcoin) of 0.05% since August 9, 4.15% in 3Q26, 17.59% in 2026 and 20.40% on an aggregate basis.

The company highlighted that, even after a gain of more than 18% in OBTC3 shares during the week, Bitcoin posted an even larger increase, widening OranjeBTC’s mNAV discount to levels that management considers attractive for share buybacks. The stated priority remains to increase Bitcoin reserves and expand Bitcoin per share over time.

The release also recalls that, in 2026, OranjeBTC acquired more than 427 BTC, or 227 BTC on a net basis, in addition to repurchasing more than 8 million common shares at prices below 1.0x mNAV, in line with the company’s capital allocation policy.

In the same week, OranjeBTC announced the launch of DIGY11, Brazil’s first ETF with monthly distributions focused on global income instruments from the Bitcoin ecosystem, made up of preferred shares of Bitcoin Treasury Companies. The ETF, for which OranjeBTC will act as originator, strategy advisor and anchor investor with a R$ 25 million commitment at launch, is expected to begin trading on B3 in the first half of September 2026, with daily liquidity and currency hedging.
